Tim Sullivan was the first lawyer to contact me after my arrest. I was easily able to schedule an immediate meeting. Even though I had done just about everything wrong during the arrest, Tim was able to get my driving privileges suitably maintained. He handled all of the court issues. I was never brought before a judge. He prepared me for each step of the process making it easy for me to pass each requirement. Tim wrote a very moving letter to the State Attorney’s clarifying the circumstances of the arrest and the dubiousness of the sobriety test. Due to that letter, the state decided to reduce my DUI to reckless driving.

Excellent choice! Tim and his entire team were able to get my DUI charge reduced to reckless driving even after I blew over the legal limit and admitted to drinking to the police. They are professional, efficient, and very informative. He told me ahead of time all of the things that I needed to have done before court, and because of that I was able to wash my hands of everything once the court date was over. Also, I never lost my privileges to drive! No suspension. He is absolutely worth the money!
